Website Clarity

For shops, salons, consultants and anyone with too much online admin

The admin that eats your evenings, set up once so it runs without you.

Listings that never go up because writing forty takes a weekend. Prices changed one product at a time. Customer emails by hand, or not at all. A spreadsheet nobody updates. I clear the backlog in batches, connect the tools you already have so the routine work happens on its own, and give you a clear read of what's actually making money.

A reply within a working day, with what's worth doing first and a price for each.

A typical week of it

  • Writing and uploading new listings4 hrs
  • Changing prices, one product at a time2 hrs
  • Replying to the same questions by email3 hrs
  • Chasing bookings and no-shows1 hr
  • Working out what actually made moneynever

Most of this is a file, a template or a connection between two tools you already pay for.

First

Know what's actually happening

Most owners know what they sell. Fewer know what they make on it, or where the hours go. Before anything changes, I find out.

  • What makes money after fees and postageProduct by product, platform by platform, from your own exports. Some best-sellers turn out to be paying for the privilege.
  • Where customers come fromGoogle, the marketplace's own search, Instagram, AI tools, repeat buyers. Measured, so decisions rest on data.
  • What's being abandonedCarts, enquiry forms, booking pages. Where people get to and then leave.
  • What the admin is costingHours per week, and which of them a file, a template or an automation could take off you.

Then

Clear the backlog

The pile that's built up because doing it properly takes a weekend. Done in batches, by file, in your voice.

  • Listings written and uploadedYou send photos and a rough list. I send back finished listings, or a clean file that imports straight into Shopify, eBay or Etsy.
  • Prices updated across the catalogueEvery product, one change, done by file in an hour.
  • Descriptions rewrittenFor people and for search, in batches. One-line supplier text replaced with something a customer would actually read.
  • Catalogue cleaned upVariants, sizes, colours and stock counts untangled, photos organised, duplicates removed.

Then

Make it run itself

Built on the tools you already use, so nothing depends on me afterwards.

  • Order and enquiry alertsA text to you, a reply to the customer, straight away.
  • Abandoned-cart and reminder emailsSwitched on, written in your voice, sent without anyone remembering.
  • The monthly customer email, templatedList imported properly, a welcome sequence, a template you can send in ten minutes. Past customers are the cheapest new business there is.
  • Booking systems and connectionsCustomers book a slot themselves, with reminders. Orders, bookings and enquiries land in one place instead of four inboxes.

Then

Keep the picture

So next month's decisions are easier than this month's.

  • Profit tracker from your exportsWhat each product and each platform actually makes, in one sheet you can read.
  • A monthly readOne page, plain English: what sold, where customers came from, what to do next.

Most admin jobs fall between £60 and £150, and larger clear-ups are quoted after the audit (£150, which comes off the bill if you commission £500 or more of the recommended work). Fixed price, agreed in writing, before anything starts. The full list is here.

What changes

Most of this shows up in the first month, because it's work done rather than rankings earned.

  • The whole catalogue online, properly described, in a fortnight rather than never.
  • Price changes in an hour, by file, every time.
  • Customers hear back straight away, even when you're serving someone else.
  • The monthly email goes out, because it takes ten minutes.
  • You know which products and platforms actually make money.
  • Everything on your accounts, with the logins. Nothing depends on me.

How it works

You tell me what's on the list. I look, and give you a fixed price in writing. I do the work and hand everything over.

Tell me what's on the list

Use the form, or email me. I'll say what's worth doing first and what a file or an automation could take off you. If nothing is, I'll tell you.

One price, in writing

Before anything starts. It doesn't change, and nothing extra happens until you've said yes.

Done and handed over

Batches in days, automations in a week or two. You get the finished work, the logins, and a short note on what was done.
