Get found. Get the jobs done. Get on with your business.
If the phone isn't ringing, products aren't selling, or competitors keep appearing above you, I'll work out what's going on and what's worth changing. You don't need to know what's causing it — that's my job.
One person, in Hampshire, working with businesses across the UK.
In your own words — you don't need to know what the job is called. I reply within a working day.
What's usually going on
Four things, and it's normally one of them.
You're not showing up
Not in Google, not in Maps, and increasingly not in ChatGPT or the AI answers either. Often it's because nothing on the site plainly says which services you do and which towns you cover, so there's nothing for them to match you to.

People find you and don't ring
They wanted to know roughly what it costs, how soon you could come, and whether you cover their area. The site didn't say, so they went back to the search results and rang whoever did.

Something's broken, or just in the way
A form that quietly stopped sending. A page that falls apart on a phone. The thing that's been bugging you for eight months that you've never got round to.

You answer the same questions every day
The same three questions on every call, because nothing on the website answers them. Pages that answer them properly get found on their own, and keep being found.

How I work
You'll always know what's happening and what it costs.
- One person. You speak to me, and I do the work. Nothing is passed to anybody else.
- A written scope, a fixed price and a finish date — all agreed before anything starts. Nothing extra happens unless you've said yes to it and to the cost.
- Not everything is worth fixing. Plenty of warnings and scores cost money to chase and change nothing. If something can wait, I'll tell you that rather than quote for it.
- I won't sell you what I don't do. No adverts, no social media management, and nothing your platform can't actually support.
- When it's finished, it's yours. The site, the accounts, the logins, and a short note on what was done. No contracts, nothing monthly, no lock-in.
I built websites of my own for years and couldn't get anyone to find them. I paid for adverts, and the traffic stopped the moment the spending did — that's how I ended up doing this.
Does it work?
Built to be found in Google and AI search
For one Hampshire business I built the website around the services it offers, the areas it covers and what customers are actually searching for — with Google and AI search in mind from the first day.
Being used as a source in AI search
5,869 times in 91 days
And it changed the business, not just the numbers.
Enquiries started within six weeks, and now come in by phone, email, WhatsApp and through the website. The useful part is that the work doesn't stop when a page is published — those pages keep being found.
Actual Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and AI monitoring data. Each bar is one day; the line is the running total. Business details kept private.
“We had more phone calls in one week than we'd had in the whole month before. One guide on our website made the difference.”A local builder, Hampshire
“Honestly had no idea about most of this. Turns out I wasn't showing up locally because I had no Google Business Profile and no pages for the towns I cover. All explained in plain English, no pushy sales.”Josh, landscaper, Hampshire
If you want the whole picture
A proper look at everything, not a score out of a hundred.
A personal investigation of your whole online setup: Google and Maps, Bing, how understandable your business is to AI tools, your content, your tracking, what it's like on a phone, and what the people ranking above you are doing that you aren't. Everything comes back sorted into do first, do later, or leave alone — written plainly, with what I'd actually do and why. It's yours to act on however you like, including handing it to somebody else.
Every fixed price is listed on the services page.
Something online not doing what it should?
Tell me what's happening in your own words. Email me, send a WhatsApp, or give me a ring — whichever suits. I reply within a working day.
